Where would we be without food inspiration from Pinterest? Starving, maybe?

Conner is the chef of the family, but when he is traveling, I am left to fend for myself. One night I made the Mexican Skillet with ingredients I had in the house. These stuffed peppers were de-licious. For 478 calories I was very full of good-for-me foods. I just included some quinoa, cheese, corn, lean turkey, a whole green pepper, onions, and topped it with cheese. This was so delicious and now that I am looking at this, I am hungry.
