21. Go to NYC. Holy Progress Batman. May was busy with our travels to NYC, birthdays, and holidays. Such wonderful memories and inspiration flooded my brain during May as well as pushed me farther on my 101 in 1001 progress.
37. Keep a prayer journal. Writing my prayers is way more effective for me than just saying them out loud. I love writing my prayers because I can use an inspiring colored journal to write down my prayers and really reflect. I love this type of journaling because it really allows me to look back at the miracles, both big and small, that are happening around me. It is the little things that make me grateful.
54. Write 10 handwritten letters (8/10)
67. Try 30 new recipes (13/30). I really need to stop making dessert my go-to test recipes. Either way, my recipe for May was de-licious.
