Our bible study group meets weekly and a couple always brings dessert. Most of the couples have used the group as a testing ground for new recipes. I, for one, am glad that we are everyone’s guinea pigs because I have been tasting some great desserts!This week it was our turn to bring in something delicious. I turned to Pinterest for some inspiration and found this delicious looking pie.  It was perfect since May 15 (yesterday) was National Chocolate Chip Cookie day.

The recipe was easy to follow and our pie turned out amazing. I may or may not have had some left-overs for breakfast this morning. Shhh don’t tell.
