I just finished reading book one in the Bride Quartet Series by Nora Roberts (#72). This book took a lot longer to read than I expected it to, however I am glad I finally finished it. I will admit that I am hesitant to read the other books in the series, only because the first one took so long. As of now, I plan on reading the whole series, however I will let you know what I decide.

I also made progress on my restaurant challenge by eating at the 10th and final new restaurant of the challenge! While at my speaking engagement this past week I visited Hartell’s Village Diner in Baytowne Wharf. It was a cute 50’s style cafe with excellent burgers. Their shoestring french fries were perfectly seasoned and reminded me a lot of Steak and Shake. This place was very good and I would highly recommend it if you visit Destin or the Baytowne Wharf area.
