I am always amazed at the ideas people come up with and share on the world wide web. My favorite inspiration site right now is Pinterest. It is like a picture book without the words. I saw this post about a date-a-month kit from Life in General.

Basically at the beginning of the year the family pre-makes envelopes for a date-night kit each month. I love the idea of making time to just be together and enjoy new experiences. I also love that sites such as ScoutMob, Groupon, and Living Social make it possible to enjoy time outside of the home without going outside of the budget. I foresee our little family creating these kits for 2012!
